days on retreat
Each day on retreat is thoughtfully designed to flow seamlessly, allowing you to immerse yourself in the island’s vibrant culture and breathtaking sights. Mornings will greet you with the gentle warmth of the sun as we gather for our sunrise yoga sessions, surrounded by the sounds of nature awakening. The practice will help you cultivate a mindful intention for your day ahead.
After our revitalising yoga sessions, we will enjoy a nourishing breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients to fuel our adventures. Food is prepared following the principle of ahimsa, vegetarian and vegan food prepared only from the finest organic ingredients. Cold pressed juices, smoothies and sweets, freshly baked bread and homemade granola will delight your senses.
A thoughtful mix of days spent adventuring and days spent relaxing creates a perfect balance of inspiration and reflection. Enriching experiences are designed to deepen your connection to both yourself, and the beautiful culture and environment around you. Each day is crafted to inspire mindfulness, appreciation and a sense of community. Read a little more about the adventures that await you:
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a gentle practice of guided meditation or Yin yoga in the tranquil shala once more. Over a delicious dinner of international and local cuisine, we share experiences and insights from the day. Our evenings will be dedicated to relaxation and connection.
Ancient Sound Ceremony
An Ancient Sound Journey to the Heart of Harmony
Get ready to step into a remarkable structure crafted with sacred geometry, resonating with the energy of the land. This unique sanctuary amplifies its powerful vibrations through its precise alignment and construction over an energy vortex.
Together we will engage in an Ancient Sound Healing session that will effortlessly guide us into deep relaxation. This experience combines the mystery and science of sound and vibration, powerful tools known for millennia to induce meditative states and stimulate healing. As waves of rhythmic frequencies from ancient instruments envelop you, they interact with the water in your body, your DNA, and chakras, aiding in your journey of healing, relaxation, and release.
We will arrive with an open mind and heart, ready to ‘Expect the Unexpected.’ This mystical session promises a transformative retreat experience, unlocking the deepest layers of our being for balance and renewal.

Embark on a Journey to Bali’s Secret Sanctuaries
I have a whole day planned for a unique group adventure into the heart of Bali’s hidden wonders. Our day begins with an exhilarating descent to a mystical waterfall site (not for the faint hearted!), where together we’ll participate in a sacred cleansing ritual surrounded by breath taking views. This shared experience fosters unity and a deep connection to nature.
Our exploration continues to a secluded paradise where lush jungle trails lead us to tranquil pools and enigmatic caves. Balinese Fire Ceremony
Embrace Transformation with a Traditional Balinese Fire Ceremony
We will begin our retreat by immersing ourselves in the mystical beauty of a Balinese fire ceremony, a profound ritual of purification and transformation. As the sun sets, we will gather around a sacred fire under the guidance of a skilled local priest. Engaging in rhythmic chants and offerings to release negativity and invite positive energy for our week together and beyond!
