Book A Private Class

Take your practice to a deeper, more fulfilling level with private yoga sessions. This is a great way to deepen your yoga practice, enhance your skills, and engage in self-care. If you are new to yoga, this is also a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of the practice.

The basic principle of yoga is that the key to happiness resides within each of us.

The practice of yoga is simply the means by which we discover and draw upon that innate wisdom. Yoga opens the door to our full potential as individuals through a system of conscious exercises that not only trains the body, but also the breath and ultimately the mind.

How It Works

The introductory package includes one 90-minute session and two 60-minute sessions. In our 90-minute session, we will get to know each other a little better and work together to structure and plan your individualised program. We will also have some time to include some movement, meditation and relaxation. The following two 60 minute sessions will be based around your specific program. From there you get to choose a maintenance package where we will meet once or twice a week at my private studio for your yoga lessons at a time that suits you best.
